Sincerest thanks to Dr. Monica MacDonald, Parks Canada Historian for sharing the history of the beautiful Dalvay-by-the-Sea with us at the historic inn on Monday, July 29. We would also like to thank the owners, DP Murphy Inc, and staff who generously provided us with the space and treated us to tea and sweets! We can not forget to express our gratitude to everyone that attended and those that helped us to get word out including: the Guardian, the Buzz, CBC, Parks Canada staff, and everyone else who helped to make this lecture a resounding success. We could not have done it without you!

Please join us at the Freight Shed in Montague on Monday, August 19 where Carol Livingstone and Josh Silver will present Lighting the Way: PEI Lighthouses Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. Admission is by donation and all are welcome.
